Before I discovered the Sustainable Diet program, I was eating pizza, ice cream, cookies, buffet food every day. I was going crazy sugar addiction, joint pain, brain fog, and embarassment. Now people stop me on the street and tell me I look younger. I'm able to exercise and do Tai Chi! I've lost over 25 lbs and reduced my cholesterol by 100 points - down in the normal range for the first time in 20 years. I'm 66 years old - my doctor is astounded. Thank you Sustainable Diet!

I was already on my plant-based eating journey when I heard about the Sustainable Diet Rev It Up! program. I desperately needed continued encouragement, guidance, inspiration and accountability – exactly what I got from Micaela and Kathy. They have given me access to the best and the brightest in the plant-based world! Next, the one-on-one sessions with Kathy helped me make this way of life, well, SUSTAINABLE. Specifically, they helped me set SMART goals toward meaningful change, encouraged me to keep a journal of my eating and exercise to identify patterns and make connections, helped me finally get organized about shopping and batch prepping, and inspired me with great recipes.
